For UK customers, please contact us if you prefer to make payment by cheque or postal order, stating the items you would like.

Our shipping costs are shown below- we charge a flat rate based on the total amount of the order. UK postage and packing is free therefore costs below are for Europe and outside Europe/Worldwide.

Delivery is free for European orders over 115 EUR and outside Europe over 160 US dollars.

Delivery Times

We post immediately on receipt of payment/cheque clearance. All UK deliveries should be made within 24-48 hours from posting. We are assured that international deliveries (airmail) take no more than 5 days but to allow 7 days to make sure. Please let us know if you need an item at short notice/for a special occasion etc..and we will do our best to get it to you! Courier and next day delivery services will be extra- please e-mail us for details. Alternatively, please contact us for special preferences e.g sea mail .This is a longer but cheaper delivery method- useful for bulk orders.

Return of Items and Refunds

If you need to return an item to us, please e-mail us in advance to notify of the reason you need to return the item . All items must be returned at the customer's own cost within 14 days, complete with packaging and with any original tags attached. Goods must be returned in their original condition. You will receive a refund for returned item/s within 7 days of receipt of goods at Vegan Vintage, minus original postage costs. We offer refunds, exchanges or credit but regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the despatch or return of items. Vegan Vintage reserves the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since despatch from Vegan Vintage.

Sizing and Condition

The measurements of each garment are provided and we advise you use these rather than size labels wherever possible, as vintage and modern sizes can vary! We do state a size if it is provided in the garment but as can be expected due to wash/wear shrinkage it may no longer be true! Where no size is available we do try to provide an estimated size (all estimations are based on UK dress sizes) but it must be stressed that this really is an estimate. Sizes can vary greatly between garments and the best way to ensure you find something that fits is to take your measurements before you buy. Also, it may be best to allow a little extra based on your size e.g if your waist measures 27", a 27" skirt is likely to be a little tight. Instead, order a 28 or 29" waist for movement and comfort. Condition Due to the very nature of vintage clothing, it is to be expected that most things will have been worn or used at some point. For all items listed, we try to give as thorough a description as possible, whilst at the same time trying to give the correct impression of the general 'overall' apperance of an item.(e.g an item may have very minor flaws which do not compromise it overall or make it unwearable, so it may still be described as "very good" or "excellent"). Clothing and accessories can be subject to marks or repairs, shoes will show signs of wear and jewellery may have wear or tarnish. If an item is so badly damaged as to make it unwearable, out of use etc this would be stated- (This may be the case for items which are of potential interest for display or pattern copying, DIY/ reconstruction etc..)
